Low Carb Diet, does not have the Carbs

Written By Hendrafa on Selasa, 05 Februari 2013 | 07.07

A common myth, or 234 to 242 about the Low Carb Diet is that you have to cut out all carbs. And although that certainly is a method that has at least one low carb program taught you have come across, it is not normal. Indeed, it is almost impossible to cut out all carbs in your diet on a regular basis in the long term.

I mis-understanding comes from knowledge, even if the lack of it. You can see the General diet of the America that the following FDA approved food pyramid, which consume about 300 grams of carbohydrates daily. And some people: it is too much.

The key phrase here is "some" even though. Each of us has a different body makeup. Each of us has different ways of life, and each of us is too different genetic inheritances. And to top all off: two people can consume carbohydrates in exactly the same amount of a completely different way.

For example, one person can eat 300 grams per day in the low Glycemic carbs in the form of work in the complex, slow carbs. You can obtain the vegetables, fruits and whole grains. The other person may, however, use the carbs, which are primarily made up of simple sugars and starch are fast 300 grams. Eating pasta, rice, white bread and sugared processes, for example.

The person who eat low-Glycemic complex carbs are more likely to lose weight simply by reducing the intake or carb moderating slightly. Dropping a total of 150 grams daily, for example, is likely to create good results on the part of the person concerned. One, eat simple carbs, work fast, they may continue to receive the weight even if they reduce their daily intake of 150 grams of carb. They may even struggle to see the results, dropping their carb intake, as low as 50 grams per day.

And for me, the important: because our bodies and genetic make ups are so different: often, two people can eat exactly the same food is exactly the same parts, and you can still see the one to lose weight at the same time, the success of another struggling with their weight loss.

Now, if you want to lose weight quickly, a few of the most popular low carb diets work quite well in most people. The top two, reduce the daily intake carb carbs 20 or 30 grams. For some people, that is far too restrictive. If this is the problem, you can try to go to the back instead of the following:

1. work quickly to reduce or eliminate the carbs from the daily eating simple. This includes the table sugar, white bread, pasta, candy, pastries, and similar items. Keep this eating style 1-2 weeks, and measure progress. If you are satisfied with the loss of the weight of the course, you have to, then simply maintain a daily eating habits change. If you lose weight or lose-it is certainly not as fast as you want-then try step two:

2. to reduce the overall daily carb intake 150 g. Eat simple sugars and carbs a day even if the 150 grams. With this service, fresh veggies, fruits, and whole grains for a limited number.

3. If that does not produce weight loss you are looking for, try dropping your carb intake of 75-100 grams. Remember, you have to select a healthy, low Glycemic, complex carbs.

4. on that point, if you do not yet have a happy weight loss progress, you can take one of two approaches: first, Try dropping the carb daily intake of 10 grams on a weekly basis. To do this, until the weight loss that you are satisfied with the point, but is still safe. Second: Drop all the way to the bottom, 20 or 30 grams of the popular low carb diet to start with.

Done in a reasonable, low carb diet works well. Remember, there is no need to try to remove all of the carbohydrates in your diet and is a good carbs too.
